Your guide to understanding the different forms of bullying.
Bullying comes in many forms, each affecting victims differently.
The CDC defines bullying as
"any unwanted aggressive behavior(s) by another youth or group of youths, who are not siblings or current dating partners. It involves an observed or perceived power imbalance, and is repeated multiple times or is highly likely to be repeated."
Understanding these types and recognizing the warning signs can help protect individuals from harm and support those who are already impacted. Download our eBook of the seven main types of bullying and signs to look for in each.
